Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to psychiatry consultations and therapy sessions booked and paid for online with Psyzen Care Private Limited, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.

Payment

Fees are paid in advance through Razorpay to book an appointment. A psychiatry consultation with Dr Harish P or Dr Vijayachandran S K costs ₹1,500 per session. A therapy session with psychologist Asha A R costs ₹1,000 per session.

Cancelling or rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule, message us on WhatsApp at +91 80752 87837 as early as possible, with your name and Razorpay Payment ID. Our team will help you move your appointment to another available slot.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed individually by our team. Please contact us on WhatsApp with your Payment ID. If a refund is approved, it is credited to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 working days.

If we need to cancel

If Psyzen Care has to cancel your appointment, we will offer you a new slot or a full refund.
